Framed Steely Dan Aja vinyl record in a black metal frame on a white background

Framed Vinyl Record of Steely Dan Aja

$45.00

Steely Dan were perfectionists, and Aja is where that obsession paid off. This Steely Dan Aja framed vinyl record celebrates the 1977 album that hi-fi shops still use to show off their speakers.

Walter Becker and Donald Fagen brought in some of the best session players of the era, including Wayne Shorter's saxophone on the title track and Steve Gadd's drumming, to build smooth jazz-rock grooves like "Peg," "Deacon Blues," and "Josie." The album won a Grammy for its engineering and remains a reference record for audiophiles.

A refined touch for a den, a home office, or a hi-fi listening corner. Jazz lovers and studio musicians will appreciate it as a gift.

How it is made

We select, clean and design each record, cut it on our CNC router, replace the label with a high-quality reproduction, then finish and frame it by hand.

Select. Clean. Design. Cut. Finish. Frame.

Every piece goes through six steps by hand in our workshop. Some take several attempts before the cut is right, and we don't ship it until it is.
